Evolution & Milestones

2012: Establishment of LDC by MLCI, operating across three facilities—LDC1, LDC2, and LDC3
2014: Optimization of operations with racking systems; centralized activities in LDC1 and LDC3
2015: Launch of Bandai Operations, managing production materials and specialized items
2021: Initiated partial QR code scanning for finished goods during inbound and outbound processes
2023: Full implementation of QR scanning for molded parts, carpet, resin, and children’s components
2024: Software enhancement rollout, including:
- Denso Scanning
- PSI Scanning
- Month-End Checker System
